In the unlikely event that you are having an issue with any Hi-Power batteries product, we have developed a straight forward warranty and return policy.  For all battery/charger returns or warranty claims contact matt@electricdrivesolutions.com

• Any credit returns of unused and undamaged product in original packing are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
• The basic charger included carries a 90-day warranty term. 
• Customer is responsible for all freight pertaining to warranty/credit returns. 
• All batteries carry a 5-year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Electric Drive Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use any product supplied by Electric Drive Solutions, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Electric Drive Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Electric Drive Solutions, for any and all claims, exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product that is the subject of the claim.

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Electric Drive Solutions, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the customer’s purchase, installation, use, or misuse of any Electric Drive Solutions product, except to the extent caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Electric Drive Solutions.
