Electric Drive Solutions ships brand-new parts only. We do not sell remanufactured or refurbished controllers, kits, or batteries.

Shipping

Most controllers, chargers, and conversion kits ship via FedEx Ground or a similar carrier. Exact carrier, transit time, and rate are calculated at checkout.

FREESHIP30: Free US shipping with code FREESHIP30 applies only when the calculated FedEx (or equivalent) rate is under $30. Lithium packs and heavy/oversized kits frequently quote over that threshold — check the rate at checkout before assuming free shipping.

Carrier options and cutoffs: Specific same-day / next-day cutoffs and warehouse processing windows vary. We will publish firm cutoffs here once confirmed — contact us if you need a ship-date commitment on a live order.

Returns & RMA

Returns of new, unused, undamaged product in original packaging require a prior RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Restocking fees may apply on approved credit returns.
